Lurie Fit's Kids MMA program is a great way for your child to gain confidence, focus and discipline all while becoming bully proof!  In these 45 minute classes we go through various Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and Striking Techniques.

All students start off as a White Glove and a White Belt.  As they continue to train and improve in their skills their rankings go up via stripes added to the belt or gloves .  Once they have reached Four stripes the next promotion would be a new glove or Belt color .  This is how our ranking system works.  Always creating goals and giving motivation to our students to reach the next level.  Remember a Black belt it just a white belt that never quit.
